We have a stall at the event and are doing a talk at11.20am on Friday 2nd February. It would be great to see you there. We are putting together a series of demonstrations at our stall - B10 - half way between the zen garden and the cafe! We are advised the cheapest way to get tickets is to do a group booking for 2 people - this works out much less than the individual price.       Description   We will be bringing more mindfulness and meditation to the North, with a new Mindful Living Show launching on 2nd-3rd February 2018. This Winter event will give you the opportunity to meet others and join together in learning and adding more depth to your knowledge and practice of mindfulness. Delivered to you in a fun, relaxing and practical way.   The event offers all-inclusive access to more than 70 workshops, seminars and teachings within our comfortable conference rooms giving you space to breathe and immerse yourself in mindfulness and new ideas around mental health and wellbeing.   Our unique programme is delivered by leading experts including; James Baraz (live from Spirit Rock), Vidyamala Burch (founder of Breathworks), Richard Burnett (Director of Mindfulness in Schools Project), Annabelle Apsion (actress and founder of The Rosen Method), Double Olympian Nathan Douglas, plus many more.   The event will bring peace into the heart of Manchester through its relaxing and inspirational feature areas, including the Zen Market Garden - relaxing and uplifting products & partners and the Experience Zone - interactive creativity & physical fun.   Whether you have a professional interest, are new and curious, or practice meditation regularly, there is space to experience and learn something new.   Be part of this growing community, enjoy unlimited access to expert talks across a huge variety of themes.
